Reuben Crescent Bake is a flaky, cheesy, and savory twist on the classic Reuben sandwich. Perfect for family dinners, potlucks, or game days!

- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 lb thinly sliced corned beef
- 8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded or sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and patted dry
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Unroll one can of crescent roll dough, press into the dish, and pinch seams together.
- Spread half of the Thousand Island dressing over the dough.
- Layer half of the Swiss cheese, corned beef, and sauerkraut.
- Add the remaining cheese and drizzle the rest of the dressing.
- Unroll the second can of dough, place over the filling, and seal the edges.
- Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with caraway seeds and garlic powder.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a layer of horseradish sauce.
- Try pastrami instead of corned beef for a smoky twist.
- Serve with extra Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
