Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 lb thinly sliced corned beef
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded or sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Unroll one can of crescent roll dough, press into the dish, and pinch seams together.
  • Spread half of the Thousand Island dressing over the dough.
  • Layer half of the Swiss cheese, corned beef, and sauerkraut.
  • Add the remaining cheese and drizzle the rest of the dressing.
  • Unroll the second can of dough, place over the filling, and seal the edges.
