  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 4 oz pastrami, thinly sliced
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup dill pickles, sliced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Assemble the Sandwich:

    • Spread mustard on one slice of rye bread and mayonnaise on the other.
    • Layer the thinly sliced pastrami evenly over the mustard-covered slice.
    • Place Swiss cheese on top of the pastrami.
    • Add dill pickles for a tangy crunch.
